Daniel Tiger is exicted about going to the clock factory with his dad and has to be reminded to calm down at the breakfast table. Mom Tiger shows Daniel that taking a deep breath can help him calm down. Dad Tiger tells Daniel that he is making a new kind of clock at the factory.

On the Trolley, Daniel has to calm down and buckle up before they can leave. After picking up O the Owl and Katerina Kittycat, everyone goes inside the clock facctory where look at the many kinds of clocks made by Dad Tiger. Daniel make-believes that he can play inside the clocks.

Dad Tiger shows the children the new clock he is making -- but first they have to calm down. Everyone helps add the numbers to the clock before Dad reveals the new clock -- a Trolley with Daniel, Katerina, and O. The new clock is hung on the wall just in time for chime time when all of the clocks chime.
