Daniel visits Music Man Stan's music shop where his friends are waiting when he arrives. Dazzled by the shop full of instruments, Daniel make-believes that the instruments can all play themselves.

Daniel and his friends line up to pick an instrument to play but Katerina Kittycat cuts to the front of the line. She becomes angry when Music Man Stan asks her to wait her turn but calms down quickly when it is suggested that she take a deep breath and count to four. After "dancing her mad out," Katerina moves to her proper place in line as she hopes to pick the triangle.

After Prince Wednesday picks the trumpet, Daniel chooses the piano, and O selects the drum, Katerina Kittycat becomes angry when Miss Elaina takes the triangle. Again, Katerina is encouraged to take a deep breath and count to four. After doing so, she calmly talks to Miss Elaina who agrees to give her a turn when she is finished.

Everyone plays their instruments together as they sing a song about positively dealing with anger.
